I like the rounded shape of the OXO Tot toilet seat reducer. We also tried the Ikea toilet seat reducer, but that one was so flat that it didn't elevate her knees at all. This one doesn't exactly create an ergonomic squatting position, but it is pretty good for a seat reducer. It's hard plastic but still comfortable. I like the non-slip grippy material along the bottom edge.
